Add your clients
Build a client directory with name, tax ID, address and phone. Type manually, reuse from previous invoices, import from a file or add them by voice with the voice assistant.

Create your concept catalog
Save the products or services you invoice regularly, including description, price, code and taxes. You can also add them by voice with the voice assistant. Then find them in seconds when billing.

Create an invoice in three steps
Pick a client, choose concepts and review dates, taxes and totals. You can also generate the complete invoice by voice with the voice assistant. Emitia calculates VAT and IRPF automatically so you do not have to.

Preview the real PDF
Before issuing the invoice you can see exactly how the PDF will look: your details, the client’s details, tax breakdown and total amount.

Rectify an issued invoice
If you need to correct an already issued invoice, generate an editable draft copy, modify concepts, dates or taxes, and issue it as a rectification invoice with R- numbering and a reference to the original, ready for VeriFactu.
